Project:

A group of entrepreneurs was planning to launch an on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning business in Doha. They wanted to prepare a feasibility study that would be used as a primary document when applying for government funding.

Solution:

As part of the project, we prepared a feasibility study document covering important aspects like platform framework, market, and customer analysis, macro and industry analysis, relevant government regulations, demand-supply analysis, pricing, and marketing strategy, project milestones and implementation and project risks, etc. We also prepared a detailed financial model by understanding the revenue generation capability through different plans and capex and opex requirements.
