A marketplace platform for beauty and cosmetic clinics was looking to raise funds to launch its operations in UAE and other GCC markets. The Client wanted us to provide a detailed financial model showing sequential expansion in GCC markets based on break-even in previous markets and estimate the current value of the startup, along with an interesting pitch deck showcasing the platform, the regional demand-supply analysis, market opportunity, financial forecasts, and valuation.

Solution Provided:

Our team prepared a questionnaire, detailing the current operational aspects of the marketplace along with the details of financial commitment already incurred as part of platform development. Then we prepared the detailed model based on demand-supply in the GCC region, the revenue take-rate, expenses to be incurred, etc. We value the company based on the Blended Valuation approach using different methodologies. For Pitch Deck, our approach was to help investors understand this niche segment and the potential to grow across regions.
