Challenge Faced:

The client was looking for streamlining its research publications and exploring option to offshore support for its corporate bond trading desk in the investment grade and high yield space. The client’s requirement was to build financial models on the issuers of bonds, coverage initiation and maintenance, capital structure and covenant analysis, undertaking relative valuation and writing reports on bonds and sectors.

Solution Provided:

Our team started engagement by identifying the areas of support. We worked closely with client analyst to understand their financial models and reports template and created a standardized template for excel based model and report. We monitor accuracy and timeliness of each deliverable by appointing a senior experienced supervisor. Over the period of time, our engagement grew from one analyst to three-member team and we supported client of various regular as well as time-sensitive tasks.
