A tech company based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was restructuring its product offerings from legacy software to SaaS offerings on the cloud. The company was facing revenue shocks due to declining demand for its existing systems which was further amplified by concentration risks.

Although the company was well aware of the advantageous shift to SaaS, they wanted a data driven documentation and financial forecasts of their to-be-business that would assist in raising fresh funds from investors.
